Managing Director
Richard Dinnick was one of the editors at Internet Magazine, subsequently setting up Right Dynamic in 2002.

Richard has developed projects for The Cabinet Office, Whitbread Group plc, BBC, Save the Children, BUPA Childcare and the European Lawyer. He also chaired the government committee on Web Design Best Practice. His first book about the Internet, The Internet Atlas, was published in 2000.

Clare
Director
Clare is an administrator and project manager. She has 20 years experience of managing projects and before joining Right Dynamic was a senior project manager at BUPA Childcare.

Fiona
Creative Director
Fiona has a wealth of experience in design, working in both print and television (working extensively for the BBC, ITV and independent production companies). Fiona casts an eye over all projects, but is particulrly keen on Right Dynamic's new offering of video content specifiaclly for website.

Lucas
Programmer
Lucas possesses a wealth of XHTML, CSS and jQuery knowledge accompanied with programming skills in PHP and MySQL. A new member of the Right Dynamic team, he has a remarkable attention to detail and understands the ins-and-outs of cross-browser compatibility and web standards compliancy.

Ed
Lead Developer
Edward has been coding web sites and programming applications since he was thirteen! His knowledge of (X)HTML, CSS, XML, Javascript, PHP and MySQL is second-to-none and Ed can produce all to a fully compliant level, in-line with the latest best practice guidelines.

Matt
Developer
Matt has 10 years experience working as a web developer. He's worked on all manner of sites from large corporations to small local businesses. A keen advocate of web standards, accessibility and open source software, Matt thrives on the fast-paced and ever-changing nature of the web.

Ben
Designer
Ben is a skilled desiger who has worked on many offline and online projects for awide range of clients - from blue chip companies to SMEs. he has a natutral eye for deisgn, something we find is not that common, seeming to have a true sense of what looks and feels 'right'.
